Hazard & Risk Assessment

Each hazard is assessed against a standard Likelihood × Severity matrix. “Initial Risk” reflects the risk before any control measures are applied; “Residual Risk” reflects the risk once the stated controls are correctly implemented on site.

Hazard

Striking Buried Services During Excavation

Control: Conduct a CAT & Genny scan and consult utility drawings before excavating the driveway base. Hand-dig trial holes near suspected service routes.

Exposure to Resin, Primer & Cement Dust
